Shrimp & Veggie Foil Packs

I am loving these foil pack dinners, so simple & delicious. Perfect for your summer BBQ's


INGREDIENTS

2 lb shrimp

4 ears fresh corn (canned is fine)

1 red pepper

1 yellow pepper

1 bunch asparagus



INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 400

Peel and rinse shrimp, cut peppers into bite sized pieces, cut asparagus into 2 in pieces.



Throw everything into a large bowl coat with italian dressing and salt & pepper

Let marinate in fridge for 30 mins


Make small foil packs and load them up with veggies & shrimp

Bake for 10-15 mins


serve over rice, and enjoy!
