My Must Have Mom to be Products

Hey Mama’s I have rallied up my must have mama to be products to help make your pregnancy easier. A lot of these are no brainers but I added some self-care items and links to all the products I love. Hope this helps you guys out.

  1. Belly Butter – There are lots of great products on the market it can be overwhelming, my two favorites are Burt’s Bees Belly Butter and Bio-Oil. I like having the option of oil and butter and I often and the bio-oil to my regular lotion for an added moisture boost.

  2. Body Pillow – This is an absolute must! Especially when your belly starts really growing the extra support will help you sleep better! Which is great for you and baby! I love the Snoogle I like the full body pillow best.

  3. Prenatals – Now I know this is a no brainer and you have probably already been taking them. But if your having trouble finding ones you like or ones that don’t upset your tummy, I found that the gummies work best and have all the nutrients you need. My fav ones are the 365 brand from whole foods, they are seriously delicious! I also tried the The garden of life gummies which are good but you have to take four instead of two and they get overly sweet after a while.

  4. Nausea Candies – I hope your one of the lucky ones that doesn’t experience this part, but the nausea was pretty awful for me. I found these Tummydrops really helped and I took a B6 every morning too, I never threw up which was great. These yummy little drops packed with ginger helped soothe the sickness.

  5. Maternity Bras – May seem early to some to buy these now, but they are so comfy and you’ll be needing quite a few pairs. This brand is my favorite, soft and comfy and still supportive.

  6. Comfy Leggings – If you didn’t already live in yoga pants your about to take it to the next level. So many great brands but my fav are Blanqi and Spanx. They have super cute styles and Blanqi also has awesome jeans with a supportive top!

  7. Compression Socks – If you work on your feet at all these will help you a ton! Also in the third trimester this will help with swelling and alleviates discomfort in the legs. Linked my fav ones!

  8. Lotion Massage Bar – Now comes my favorite part, SELF CARE this is a must mamas! You are growing a human take time for yourself, take that extra day off and get that massage! These little babies from Etsy are great for treating your shoulders or leg area, they have little nubs on them and feel so good.

  9. Bath Bombs – Nothing a good bath can’t cure and no bath is complete without a bath bomb! I linked some low fragrance ones that are also super moisturizing, and your supporting a small business. Remember to keep your bath water under 100 degrees, and don’t soak for too long.

  10. Prenatal Massage – Ahhh yes, this is one of the best perks! Monthly massages have been a game changer and help keep my stress level low. Also, yoga is a great way to stay limber and relaxed. Highly highly recommend both. I didn’t link anything here because not sure what is in your area but I’m sure there are tons of talented massage therapists.

There you have it mama’s hope my list of goodies helps you and if I missed anything that helped you a ton drop it in the comments for other mom’s to be.
